H.I. 5 RES and Vaughn Industries of Ohio announced Vaughn's project managers for the 200 MW solar DGE under development in the Northeast Kingdom of Vermont.
Vaughn's project managers are expected to begin recruiting trainees for the project and has committed to hiring no less than 400 of the trainees to staff their new offices in Vermont.
As part of the project, H.I. 5 and Vaughn are cooperating with the local college to install permanent training and educational programs in the field of renewable energy.
This project, like all H.I. 5 RES utility scale projects, as designed, will install high quality, environmentally appropriate, USA made equipment using locally trained workers.
In addition to the local workers obtaining permanent jobs with Vaughn (to insure that the state achieves its goal of 90% renewable by 2050), H.I. 5 is working with local authorities to establish a revolving loan fund to aid workers seeking to establish their own renewable energy instalaltion companies.
This project is but one of several H.I. 5 initiatives that captures the historically proven will, talent and ability of Americans to meet any challenge faced by the USA.
